A patch test is strongly recommended at least 24 hours before full application to minimize the risk of irritation or allergic reaction.
If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Results may vary depending on individual skin types and conditions. Elevate Skincare does not guarantee specific results.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Customers are entitled to safe, good-quality products and may request a remedy (repair, replacement) if a product is defective, unsafe, or not as described.
While all products are formulated with care, Elevate Skincare is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from:
• Failure to perform a patch test
• Misuse or improper application of products
• Failure to follow instructions
• Known or undisclosed allergies
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients to avoid allergens. If unsure, seek medical advice before use.
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Product effectiveness and safety may be affected by improper storage.
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, once an order has been handed to a third-party courier, Elevate Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
In line with the CPA, risk of loss remains with Elevate Skincare until the goods are delivered to the customer.
In accordance with the CPA, customers may return defective or unsafe products within 6 months of purchase.
Opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be processed in line with CPA guidelines.
